Tell us what we got wrong.
Scoring is editorial judgment, and judgment is fallible. If our scorecard misrepresents your product, the most useful thing you can do is point us at the specific evidence we missed.
We don't set out to make any vendor look bad. The Headless Index is research, not a verdict on a company. When you write to us, a human re-reads the scorecard against the evidence you send. If we got it wrong, we fix it and log the change in the changelog.
